We suggest the following habits to double the slimming effort
- Reduce the intake of food high in fats and carbohydrates such as roti canai,kuih koci,doughnuts.
- Reduce the intake of food containingcoconut milk,such as nasi lemak,fast food,fried chicken and chocolate
- Avoid sweet drinks,carbonated drinks and alcoholic drinks
- Drink at least 2-3 litres of water everyday
- To speed up results,carry out daily light exercise for 20-30 minutes or use a sauna
